How do I install the App?
Installation is simple and quick. Simply download the App from Microsoft AppSource. Installation takes around 5 minutes to complete.

How do I get started with the App?
Once installed, the App is ready to use. Simply open the App, navigate to the Customers -> tab Actions -> Customer Intelligence -> Customer Intelligence App Management -> Start Here. Provide information about your Dynamics implementation Partner.
Then, you can proceed to tab Actions, then Customer Intelligence, and Customer Intelligence Run.

What are Customer Intelligence groups?
Groups are generated and named according to the data provided, based on created KPI’s. Customers in the same group represent similar behavior.
After starting the App, there is an option to select default options for each tile that will be visible on the home page. There can be 4 tiles and each of them represents a different group of customers.

What is the Churn Probabilty?
Along with Customer Intelligence, you will see Churn Probability Chart on the homepage. It is a metric used to estimate the probability that a customer will stop using/ buying products or services. There are 3 levels: high, medium, and low. The higher the churn probability, the greater the risk of losing customers.

What is the Executive version?
The Executive version of the AI Customer Intelligence App for Business Central includes Power BI reports.

How can I upgrade to the Executive version of the App?
If you are interested in upgrading to the Executive version of the App, please contact us for pricing and setup information. The setup takes around 2 hours to complete.

How do I set up Action Scheduler?
The data can be refreshed on a daily or on-demand basis, depending on your needs. Look for Data Management in the search bar. Then select the Action Scheduler tab. There select the start and frequency of the action.

Does the App require any additional software or hardware?
No, the App runs entirely within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, so no additional software or hardware is required.

How do I reset the settings?
To completely reset the settings and operation of the script, navigate to the Actions tab, and then Clear Customer Intelligence.

What are Item Intelligence groups?
There are 24 Group Indicators to understand the product sales and health of the business. Groups are generated and named according to the data provided. Items in the same group represent similar behavior.

What about my license?
Your trial license has been activeted after providing the details in the 'Start Here' step.
You can check your license status in Admin Tools (navigate to Finance Intelligence App Management and then Admin Tools).
A subscription with Financial Intelligence is required to use this extension after the trial period.

How to generate the P&L report?
There are a few quick steps.
1. Template
2. Mapping
3. Report
The first step is to set up your report template. Navigate to the Data Courage CFO Assistant and select Report Template Management -> Create New Template. Save template or Update Template with AI. The next step is Mapping (see below).

How to create mapping?
Navigate to the Data Courage CFO Assistant and select Mapping Management -> Create New Mapping. Save mapping. Then you can proceed to generate the report (see below).

Where should I generate the report?
Navigate to You can proceed to generate the report. In Data Courage CFO Management select Report Template and Report Mapping Version you saved before, Column Layout, and other Report Filters, and select Generate Report. That's all!

How can I see AI Insights?
There is an option to choose AI Financial Insights by clicking Evaluate Report. You can choose to select:
- Report Evaluation - general AI Insights about your financial statements,
- Your Question - ask anything you want, in whatever language you want! For example:
- Explain to the CEO what categories will be impacted when growing the North America sales by 10%. Explain in French.
